  • Jessie says:

“Most people experience stress and anxiety to some degree. Stress and anxiety are natural defense mechanisms, but they can get out of hand. Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is much more than the normal anxiety people experience day to day. It’s chronic and fills one’s day with exaggerated worry and tension, even though there is little or nothing to provoke it. People with panic disorder have feelings of terror that strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. Those of us who are anxious know these feelings all too well.”

Okay it feels like when you can’t breathe and you want to and you can’t. because it happened to me when i was at the hospital.

Like a heart attack, watch Analyze This.

    Great movie and good example.

For me I would start to feel overwhelmed. Tension starts to build all around and the feeling of complete dispair. Then panic usually sits in …and this is such a deep feeling that it usuallly comes with tears and frustration. sweaty palms and rapid breathing kind of like you cant get enough air..confusion and not being able to move out of the spot im in.
It can be a very frighting thing
